Secondary profssion change question - Guild Wars Forums

Ok a couple of questions.
I want to do the +15 atribute points quest in the shiverpeaks and I have to do a profession changing quest.

First- If I do one of teh quests and i finish it do i HAVE to change the profession or do i get to choose wheather I change it or not.

Second-I am a N/Mo and i dont want to change from Mo so can i do the Monks proffesion swich quest even if I am already a monk?

Third-Do i have to ascend before i can do the quests?

1st yes you have to ascend to do the prof. change quest.

2nd you can change your secoundary profession as much as you like

3rd you can't get the 15 attribute quest in the Shiverpeaks without being ascended then there is first 15 attibute quest you do first forgotten ones and then wisdom.

I would go and do the 1st attribute quest do the missions go and beat you doppleganger and then ascend.Then you will want to do the Dragons Lair mission and then you are in Droknar's Forge.Then you take Vanyi's quest back to the desert and do the prof change quest only 1 if you want after that go get reward and then you get to do the 2nd 15 attribute quest.There is quest that takes you to a mission do it and then go from Iron Mines of Maldune.You can walk to CopperHammer Mines from Droks.I hope that helps.

You must ascend before you can do the Path quests.

After you do ascend, you will only have four available Path quests: those that are not already your primary or secondary profession. You will be able to do Warrior's, Mesmer's, Elementalist's, and Ranger's Paths. Monk will already be unlocked for your secondary.

No, you do not have to actually change your profession; just completing the quest is enough.
